[MLB-WIRELESS] SNR q

SNR 82 Signal+ -12 Noise- -100 SNR+ 88

thats the stats from netstumbler i get

if anyone wants to explain what it means and if its good enough to get a
connection

it also seams the network keeps disappering and reapering would that have to
do with noise out doing signal strength?

any help would be appresiated
