My 2c worth for anyone considering ISDN Home (previously called HomeHighway)
& DOV is to be 'extremely' careful with configuration.  As stated
previously, some people of my acquaintance got some horrific bills from
Tel$tra recently .... apparently resulting from
wrongly configured DOV.
