Ahhhhhh .... PAPL is something I asked Tel$tra about some time ago, but
can't recall exactly why. It just might have been something to do with info
published on some yankee site about community ADSL. Anyway the cost (from
Tel$tra) was nothing short of criminal .... certainly 'many' times that of
renting an ADSL link.
