Well for a lot of people with ADSL the max speed they will be connecting at
will only be 12-14k/s anyway (assuming an average user has a 512/128k
connection).

Then this user will also be sharing this 14k/s bandwidth with dc users and
normal surfing/gaming. Unless there are a heap of 1500/256k connections
around, twice the speed for twice the price *sigh*.
