[MLB-WIRELESS] What The?

Hi All,

I seem to be having incredibly bad luck with this wireless gear... It just not even funny any more!

I finaly got my wireless card to not only work but to also access the rest of the world via my access point, just the way I want it.

I then made the finishing touches, pulled the drive out and put it in its own machine.

Now, everytime I try do ANYTHING with the network interfaces the program I'm using locks up (not the machine though, I can still get around in other tty's)

For example: ifconfig, ifup xxx, ifdown xxx, wlan start/stop or anything around there locks.
I can't even kill -9 PID it..

Any thoughts on what could be causing this? 
Im reluctant to start again since Ive put a little over two weeks into this one machine...
