You could create such a list yourself. Un-arj the actual firmware image 
(out of the NML file), and let "strings" search for strings. Filter by 
grepping for .htm (be aware that it will bring up a lot of useless lines 
of html "code" that links to other pages and therefore will produce a 
"hit").

For Wisecom APs there are two interesting pages:
weca.htm (already mentioned)
p802.htm (activation of 802.1x)

D-Link seem to have removed the 802.1x page :(
Could one try if it is possible to access the file "p802.cgi" in the 
webinterface (http://<ip of access point>/p802.cgi? If so, I could 
provide a copy of the webpage that allows gathering the values that get 
sent to this cgi piece-of-code.
