[MLB-WIRELESS] Leasing roof space

Does anyone here lease roof space on someone else's building to stick an
antenna up there?  How much do the building owners charge you?

There should be an AP on the police academy or the Melbourne Water tower
next door in Wheelers Hill.  It'd have LOS to heaps of houses in the
Waverley area (including mine!).
