This is an excellent point. Have we decided enough on a network
architecture/RFC to proceed with this? Roger? Steve? Tyson?

I am more than happy to assist with this (right after the TIB update...
ahem) if we are ready to move on it. Also, I have a vested interest as I
am in need of some IPs :)
