How To Propose a group:
go to http://www.wireless.org.au/wiki/?WorkingGroups
read it then hit "Edit Text"
add the title and link for your proposed working group. instructions on page
put your name next to it. as soon as two more people join, bingo, you're a WG.
I would suggest that the first task of this group would be to look at
existing builds, the wheel may very well have already been invented
