802.11g uses about 30Mhz for 22Mbits... (they are trying to bump it
up, they just don't have the spectrum to play with in the 2.4Ghz band
like they do with 5Ghz (About 350Mhz if I'm not mistaken))
Spread Spectrum technology (especially in military applications) was
designed to use anything from 1Mhz:1Mbit, to 100Mhz:1Mbit, depending
how secure, robust, and how many FCC regulations they had to abide by...
