Hello Tony,

Add into the picture time coding, so you have to know where a signal
will be (not sequential in other words) FCC has allowed it to be
tested from 3 to 60 Ghz if memory serves me correct, and chances are
not even nearby units should be effected... be interesting to see how
this actually turns out in practice...

Also this will fall under the same regulations as optical... so no
restrictions from the FCC on use...
