Australia Post regularly transfers the total value of all payments received

to the merchant on whose behalf they were collected, after deducting Australia

Post's commission for providing the service and any agreed fees incurred in

the provision of the service.

Australia Post will:

 Take note of payments that you ask us to collect on your behalf.
 
 Provide your customer with a payment slip which they print and take to any

Australia Post postal outlet for fast, friendly and accurate service.
 
 Accept payment from the customer in cash, EFTPOS or major credit cards.
 
 Provide a printed receipt to the customer.
 
 Publish on our secure web site a listing all the payments that you have asked

us to collect and their current status.
 
 Transfer payments to your bank account in accordance with your nominated settlement

frequency.
 
 Provide a detailed invoice identifying the payments we have collected for you

and the fees we have charged.
