[MLB-WIRELESS] PCI order wrap-up.

It doesn't matter how the payment was made. The payee will always get a
receipt of sorts for it to prove of the payment. If Buyer pay by cash
then the seller give the buyer a receipt. If the buyers pay via Money
Order then they can use the serial number on the money order. If payment
is made via the bank teller at the bank (manual DD) then the ladies at
the bank always give receipts. I am not saying this is the best solution
but at least the onus is on the buyer.
Well if the buyer doesn't put the details in then they will miss out on
the purchase. The seller can always refund the buyer. Or maybe when a
bulk buy is closed the seller leave it for few days on the system for
buyers to input details. After that the seller closes it completely.
Again if people depend on others to baby sit them then tough. Its not
the seller's job to ensure they read the mail. Again the onus is on the
buyer. Just the buyer expects the seller to do all the works and deliver
the goods on time.
I have never organised a bulk buy before, but I am a buyer and I will
make sure I do enter my details so I will get my order.
Cheers
Rob

The problem with that is that not everyone can pay with netbank.
Some will pay cash, some will pay via money order, some via manual
direct
debit.
What happens if someone makes a payment (direct debit), and they don't
put
their details in the database and (for argument's sake) the database
deletes
them AND there is only a specific number of cards left...... people will
get
pissed off.
1 important thing..... Believe it or not, but people DON'T actually read
what you send them. I am sure anyone who's organised a bulk buy will
attest
to this.
