The Internet was designed by the American Military back in the late 60's. It
was designed to be a decentralised information delivery system so that in
the event of a nuclear attack, American Military leaders would still have
access to pornography.

Unfortunatly parking is a bit - well - a lot of a pain in the ass, but it's
the best venue we have so far - and we haven't been able to organise
something else yet... it's a work in progress...

Yeah, this was excellent. Thanks to Michael for getting it going....

I was there till very late, and I still didn't get to talk to everyone!
mingle mingle mingle.

almost too fast... if we keep growing like this, then we're seriously
thinking of hiring a room at the Melbourne Showgrounds!

Agreed... There are a group of us that have been there from the beginning
meeting up on Sat for a planning session regarding the next meeting, things
should be a lot better then...

Not sure about this, then someone would have to be responsible for the
funds, and where it is spent... starts to get a but hairy...

The site is hosted at my work, is admin'ed by me in my spare time... Drew is
the main contributor with the node finder, and Glen has supplied the
hardware for this....

This has been done through the donations to cover the meeting venues so
far...

it comes down to one thing - lack of time at the moment :( Tyson has been
very hard at work organising the meetings, venues etc and has done an
excellent job - and it's going to get better... I'd like to thank him now
for stepping in and making it happen, as I still wouldn't have had time to
sort it all out...

I'm always up for suggestions...

fray

Now you know what I think :)
