[MLB-WIRELESS] Why Orinoco Silvers?

I recall before I joined the list that I found a
mention of a card that could have the power output
turned up by just changing a card setting. I think
I emailed it to someone on the web page, but don't
remember who. Does anyone recall the message or
the card?
