Its's an amplifier and splitter for TV system only. The input goes to a
TV aerial and the amplified outputs would go to the loungeroom and perhaps
the master bedroom. You need an amplifier, especially in marginal signal
areas if you are trying to drive more than one TV off an antenna.
The 40-860 refers to the frequency range of the device in megahertz (MHz),
so it's good for FM radio right up to the top end of UHF TV. Wireless
stuff runs at between 2,400-2,483MHz. The amp is one way only as well so
it'd be good for nowt, apart from getting a better TV signal.
