[MLB-WIRELESS] Australian Wireless Association - Secretary required.

As most of you may know, the Australian Wireless Association is in the
process of becoming an incorporated Association. One of the final hurdles
which has caused some delays, is the requirement of a person to fill the
position of secretary.

The role of the Secretary is to manage the day-to-day transactions of the
association, organize meetings, be a contact point for the committee, and
generally be very organized.

The position is well suited to someone with a great amount of enthusiasm for
what they do and has a good sense of community. The position will be for a
term of at least 12 months, unless otherwise effected by the rules of the
association.

A vote will be held by all people attending the Wireless Workshop / Field
Day 6 on the 6th of July to fill the secretarial position. This vote will be
held at approximately  4pm. The vote will be put to all persons attending
the WorkShop who wish to vote, however the position is open to anyone who
wishes to nominate themselves (regardless of wether they can attend the
WorkShop or not).

Please submit your interest to us by this coming Monday the 1st of July at
helpus at australianwireless.org with the subject of "Committee position".
Please provide a quick summary covering why you believe you would be
suitable for the position.
