The problem you have is that XP's NAT is limited in fuctionality, I
don't know if it can be registry hacked (maybe?) but basically there is
no option to NAT for two subnet's, so you can't do what you want. The
actual RRAS service that runs the nat does provide support for this but
MS have obviously taken part of that out. :(
What you may need to consider is a 3rd party addon, something like NAT32
(www.nat32.com) which adds a whole lot of functionality and
configurability to windows nat..
