Just over 20 seconds. A theodolite will target to that kind of accuracy,
but you'd have trouble getting much else aligned that accurately, let
alone a large dish. Wind may also present problems for a large dish, and
with a 10" dish movement wiping out well over half your power, your
mounts would need to be bloody good ... :-)
