Get this new driver package. The new driver will update your firmware to
8.10. also included in this package is the new version of client
utility.
No longer need to use the WSU firmware update client if you install this
driver

I had a similar issue last night on my WinXP and Win2k laptops. Problem
disappeared after I installed this driver. Follow the instruction on the
release note included in the package.
