According to Flickenger p. 89 ( the hardcopy ) you can "either route the
traffic independently or use the channel bonding features of the Linux 2.4
kernel to weld all your connection into one big pipe".
He makes the point that two cards can share a channel if one uses horizontal
and the other vertical polarisation.
