[MLB-WIRELESS] Nodedb Cull

I like the idea of this as surely there's got to be quite a few nodes that are
either fake or old.
Perhaps if we could send out emails to every address and give them 2-4 weeks
to respond.
If we do happen to wipe out the nodes of a few people who are overseas for 6
months surely they aren't going to mind too much if they have to sign up again
for the sake of an accurate database.
And if they have changed their email address and not updated the information
in the database then surely they can't be that interested.
