Hello rick,
programs don't care about delays, they can just be set to wait till
they are auth'd and then send... IP's what about dynamic dialup
accounts?
best solution I've heard of to date, not sure how hard/easy to
implement was to moderate all posts until they had 5 that were
accepted to be sent to the list, then this could lead to comments on
censorship...
on the other hand RBL lists and spamassassin works wonderfully...
