Yes sort of - for ever 3db. (3, 6, 9, 12, 15) = 30 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2

4 watts if you are in the 2400~2463 MHz area only or
200 miliwatts if you are using an part of the 2463~2483.5 MHz
