Hello Brendan,
erm blocking that IP will be useless, it's going through to a telstra
mail server, well unless you plan to filter based on headers etc...
removing the user I pointed out before would have a much more dramatic
effect, then trying to contact them by other means to let them know
they stuffed up etc...
