[MLB-WIRELESS] Info Pack for perspective POP's

Hi,

I am currently working on an info pack which can be provided to building
owners/managers (both commercial and residential), councils and
companies, to cover the basics on who we are and why we want access to
the top of their buildings.

I know this document will vary from region to region, and I am happy for
it to be used as a template for each respective group.

I am looking for assistance in creating the content. Specifically what
information you would tell a property manager/owner, what you would ask
of them, and what regulations should we be aware of (federal one's are
the best, to avoid too much localisation).

It may be also worth looking into what Acts and Codes provided by the
ACA and ACIF we can use to aquire or share space (if we have rights to
use any of them).

All idea's welcome.
