[MLB-WIRELESS] Ricoh PCI - PCMCIA cradle & Enterasys RoamAbout on linux

Ok, well I got it to detect the cradle card and the roamabout card, however I cant get my Windows XP laptop with a builtin Toshiba wireless card to see any available wireless networks.
If anyone else has a similar setup working, i would appreciate any help :)
