I'm not sure I can stick anything up full time (rented house in a hole
problem :( ), but I'll look at my options. :)

I have that problem, actually, I can only go south or SW, and even then,
only with temporary antennas. Good news is I could run cat 5 to the
temporary setup and minimise losses. :)
Basically means I can only run an AP for very local clients (i.e. those who
can find me when I'm on an indoor antenna). :-/
