[MLB-WIRELESS] Antenna Hunt......was: Galaxy Units

I think you've just got to be careful to make sure they aren't going to
think you are going to take their antenna and sell it for $200.
Make it clear that the antennas can't be used for anything anymore (even
though they can) because Galaxy no longer exists.

When I approached a few people my conversation went along the lines of...

"Hi, I noticed you've got what appears to be an old Galaxy TV antenna on
your roof and I was just wondering how would you feel about me removing that
for you seeings Galaxy went out of business so long ago anyway? They're not
much use as they are but I believe it is possible to open them up and modify
them a bit so that I can use it to connect my computer at home to some
friends computers down the street from me. If you would like i'm happy
enough to give you like $20 for it if you want"

Just gotta make it sound like this is the first one you're getting or
something. Don't think it's good to say that you're asking everyone in the
area with one because that sounds a bit suspicious I suppose.
