Do we really want wireless, in the manner of this current discussion, to be
legal or even promoted so that people start using it legally or illegally.  

It would be handy for the ISP to use to reduce their costs & increase
profits by avoiding carriage costs, but how much business are we going to
lose in the long run when every Tom, Dick and Harry starts up their own
ISP/Community Network?   

I have  heard of someone in my area talking about starting up his own
community network for gaming, chat, local email, community notice board
etc, and will be able to provide Internet to the network via his home
satellite account.  I guess they could even look at a tax payer funned
grant to subsidies it all.  If this takes off on a large or small scale it
will result in ISP losing clients.
