[MLB-WIRELESS] ip allocation list based on suburb

Dwayne hit on something there that makes me tend to agree with Dave,
councils amalgamate and boundaries change. In a few years any geographic
allocation scheme valid now may be broken. I assume that postcodes are
stable, but I it still leads to inefficient use of the address range. The
dual aims of IP allocation that is geographically meaningful and galactic
scalability are not compatible with a limited address range.
