We talked about exactly this idea at the BBQ on Friday.  The lawyer-types
that people have casually spoken to suggest that we come up with specific
questions that we want answered.  That is... erm... "in progress".

Of course, that would only net us an [expensive] opinion.  These things
are only decided in the end by actual courts of law (it's the case law
that does the trick) and there's only one way to get there.  Which could
be icky.  ;)
