A couple of things ..

1W does not equate to 1000mA :)

Also, these seem VERY overpriced. Commercially you can buy them for around
the $600 mark (bidirectional).

You can bring them in from the US for around the $300 mark (or there abouts)

I have contacted someone locally who will be releasing them around the $250
mark.. Price isn't fixed as the product is in the final testing stages.

Take your pick.
