The tool you're looking for is called a video splitter and it lets you take 
the output from one source (eg: PC) and send it off to multiple displays 
(eg: 20 LCD's) with whatever amplification is required (one poor PC signal 
will degrade if just dumped into all those monitors). Check out the results
