[MLB-WIRELESS] Antenna Masts etc

I have everything I need for my site and it is running.  One thing I am
Lacking is height.  I have a 10ft pole with an ex galaxy on top but need
more height.

What have others done and what is the highest mast in MW and how as that
been done??  I probably need another 10ft+ to get where I want to be.
