Hmm that's pretty decent if you can use it.

Collage ATM switches are purely 25Mbit/sec ATM.  Maybe they can do
10Mbit/sec ethernet as well, but I doubt it. (prove me wrong!)

The PCMCIA slots are likely for flash cards to store firmware/settings,
especially likely for an ATM switch that can do LAN emulation and such.
