[MLB-WIRELESS] Reverse SMA Source?

Hi All,

    Does anyone have a source for Reverse SMA connectors?  The ones used for
Compaq WL200 PCI wireless cards.  Or even a source of pigtails would be
useful.

    Are these Reverse Polarity SMA or Reverse Thread SMA?

    Also what coax do you recommend for pigtails?
