ring a few smaller ISP's and just ask.  Most of them will thrash out a deal
with you even if they don't advertise a price for this service.  If you want
a 24/7 then remember you are tying a line up for all that time so expect to
pay at least as much as the monthly cost of a line rental plus downloads
plus some profit on top.

Hi all,

I am looking for a dialup isp that has a no auto disconnection policy.
There wont be that much bandwidth used (majority email and a little web
surfing) so high downloads dont matter.  Basically is there an ISP out there
that you can stay connected to 24/7 ??
