I believe you will have to update the drivers from that which is in the OS
by default.
I think FreeBSD will try and use the Wavelan drivers.
There is info around on getting these going with FreeBSD.

they any good) so I went fishing for info. the hardware DB is lacking
in chip set details, etc.
