[MLB-WIRELESS] Dumb Question on AP's

Hi Wireless Wizards!

Can I establish an "open" system AP? That is anyone can find it, assuming I
can
make it beacon all the time and any "client" have open access. I want to 
put up a WEB server for open access etc so that any itinerant data
scavengers can hook up and look at the pages, leave msgs etc....anyone
doing this?
