Voting can still be anonymous (if required) as long as you are a voting
member.
If you are a member, you get a ballot.
What you put on the ballot is then up to you, but no registration, no ballot
and no vote.
Yes people know you have voted, but not the way you voted.
That would cover the issues you raised.

I think this is a system that gets quite widely used ;-P

people might be thinking the voteing system should be anomyous

i think it sould not be personaly

this way it is easyer to prove who voted what and no double votes ect ect
