[MLB-WIRELESS] Ignorance is bliss

When the mailing list goes down and you don't know about it, ignorance
is bliss.
When government departments start discussing your actions and you are
unaware of it, ignorance is bliss.
When they try and outlaw your actions due to newly passed laws,
ignorance is bliss.
And when they try and take you down for not conforming, ignorance is
bliss.
However if you were to listen to every single discussion about the
mater, although being well informed. Chances are you would not do
anything constructive, your desires to partake in a community based
venture such as this would be held back for concern of prosecution and
you would most likely end up living in IRC waiting for the latest bit of
gossip just so you feel that your actions are well founded and in no way
cross any theoretical boundary's which may land you in hot water.
For those of you who don't know, I recently took a break from all this
and found it to be the most enlightening experience. I finally managed
to do something about wireless instead of dreaming about it. What can I
say, technology has it's good points and it's bad ones.
What drives YOU to be part of melb-wireless???
Are you still driven? or do you simply want to discus the possibilities?
It's great to have those people with all the answers to all the
questions, but lets face it discussions are not as important as actions.
