For some people, and probably most of the people who use the mailing 
list, the mailing list is the best way to go. I'm not suggesting that 
people stop using it. A lot of people don't like to get 10-20 emails a 
day that aren't directed at them just because they wanted to ask one 
question about how to get x card working and if there was someone 
nearby with a wireless node up.

All I'm suggesting is that when people have some spare time, spend a 
few minutes to have a look at the discussion board. The existing setup 
is fine.
