lol. Lets guess that you personal pc's IP is in the acl list that can
access everything? :)

If normal web access was allowed they could always use port redirection to
do pretty much anything.
Using port redirection to get half-life thru a firewall is fun.

Previously swinburn (eastern campus) didn't block anything but this may
(almost certainly!) have changed since then.
