Its a Hills 15 dB reflector with a pac-mono mmds down convertor.  You can
use the reflector for 2.4 ghz, the downconvertor will have to be modified
though.  You can attempt this your self, or buy (from me or other) a hills
2.4 ghz passive dipole which will fit in place, and has an N connector
specifically for 50 ohm comms application (wlan).  :)
