I'll second that: WOW... MASSIVE :)  This could definitely be a major 
major AP, and give the network a bit of a kickstart. Maybe people would 
kick down some cash to help pay for the rigger to plant an omni up 
there? Really depends on what this kind of thing costs, any ideas?
