[kernel-xen] Beta testing new regional mirror selection system

Hi all,

I've just put into beta testing a new mirror management system that will 
automatically give you mirrors in your region when you ask for the 
mirror list.

I'd love to get feedback on this system before pushing it live.

To test the new mirror system:

1) Edit the file /etc/yum.repos.d/kernel-xen.repo

2) Add .pl to the mirrorlist section of the mirrorlist line - eg:
mirrorlist=https://xen.crc.id.au/mirrorlist.pl/kernel-xen-el7.txt

You can change the line on any of the following repos:
* kernel-xen-el6.txt
* kernel-xen-el6-extra.txt
* kernel-xen-el6-testing.txt
* kernel-xen-el7.txt
* kernel-xen-el7-extra.txt
* kernel-xen-el7-testing.txt

At the moment, this script does not cooperate with the stale mirror 
detection system - so it won't pick these up. This will be addressed 
before putting the system live.

Please test this new interface and advise of any issues. Please include 
the output of 'curl 
https://xen.crc.id.au/mirrorlist.pl/kernel-xen-el7.txt' in the reply for 
troubleshooting.
