[kernel-xen] Changes to kernel-xen-release repo file

Hi all,

Just wanted to document that I've pushed some changes to the repo file
that will become active when you upgrade kernel-xen-release.

I have activated the mirrorlist statement in both kernel-xen and
kernel-xen-testing repository definitions and disabled the baseurl= options.

There have been a couple of dead mirror sites that don't look to be
coming back online - and each time we change mirrors, I need to push a
new kernel-xen-release package.

Now that only the mirrorlist= is enabled by default, any new mirrors
will be automatically evaluated by yum. The other bonus is that out of
date mirrors will be automatically removed from the mirrorlist.

For reference, the new /etc/yum.repos.d/kernel-xen.repo file is:
