[kernel-xen] 3.18 kernel for blk-mq (and other features)

Essentially, yes.
The EL6 and EL7 packages are all built from the same source. The magic
within the rpm SPEC file will do the correct thing depending on if its
built with EL6 or EL7 as the target.
As such, to make things easy, if the EL6 packages change to the 3.18
kernel tree, then the EL7 packages will follow.
I really would like feedback from others - as much as it sounds good to
have a consensus on the way forward, a consensus of two is not exactly
ideal :\
