[kernel-xen] xen-4.2.3-3 pushed to repos.

Hi all,

While doing some auditing of the latest release, I found some problems
with the patch application of XSA62, 63 and 66.

This caused the patches not to be included in the actual build - even
though they are included.

This release fixes that. It is currently syncing to mirrors.
